What is 3CS?

3CS (aka Third Coast Skaters) is a non-profit 5013c skateboarding park outreach that is housed in a 10,000 sqaure foot warehouse faclity located in the Channelview area of Houston, Texas. 3CS uses skateboarding as an effective tool to reach students for Christ. Every Tuesday skaters are exposed to worhsip, relevent messages and skateboarding - TONS of skateboarding. For the most part, these students are not actively involved in a local church or any other ministries. It is the desire of Third Coast Skaters to present the life-changing message of Christ in a non-denominational presentation that will get these students connected and plugged into the body of Christ.

3CS has remained in it's current location since 2004 and has positively connected with hundreds of teenagers.

The Need

What does all this cost? The warehouse rent alone is $1700 a month- with the insurance and basic utilities it averages out to $2300 a month to reach these young people for Christ. Souls are priceless and we ask that you would consider being a part of the financial support of this innovative ministry. 3CS uses skateboarding, music, Cafe180, and evangelistic tools to bring young people into the body of Christ. Souls are priceless and we ask that you would consider being a part of the financial support of this innovative ministry. We are solely dependent on the generosity of local families, churches and businesses. We are forever indebted to the faithfulness of these partners. Accountability

Though we are not affiliated with one specific church, we are accountable to a Board of Directors which includes area pastors and individuals from the community who are concerned with reaching the goals and mission of Third Coast Skaters.
